Shipping

we ship within canada via canada post.  currently we do not ship internationally.

winnipeg local pick up: FREE
choose “pickup” during checkout and the address for pick up will be emailed to you.
pick up times and days are specific and will be coordinated with the customer

winnipeg local delivery goodlocal express: $10
please note this is the ONLY option for winnipeg other than free local pick up

nayna has partnered with Goodlocal Express for all Winnipeg deliveries.

once your order is packaged and picked up by a Goodlocal courier you will receive a tracking number for your order.

a confirmation message will be sent once delivery has been completed. 

orders are delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays between 3:00pm-9:00pm.

if you have specific instructions on how you would like your order to be delivered please leave them in the order notes section (ie. leave on doorstep).

if you are not home to receive your order the package will be left at the address entered, no refund will be issued on the delivery charge.

failed deliveries for whatever reason (ex. wrong address entered, etc.) are the customer's responsibility to retrieve from the GoodLocal warehouse or arrange a new delivery at the clients cost.

orders over $150 before taxes - FREE which is automatically applied at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

we want you to love thyself in your purchased item.  if you simply don’t, please note that all regular priced items can be returned and will be refunded as a store credit in the form of an emailed gift card.

nayna is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of shipment.

if incorrect delivery method is selected, nayna will be keeping $1.00.

shopify payments has affected small businesses by charging a transaction fee

to be transparent, businesses get charged 2.9% per transaction plus .30 cents

when we refund part of your order we don't receive money back from shopify, in fact we get charged for processing the refund payment.

please be sure to check your cart before checking out and that you have selected the correct delivery method.

*if local pick up does not show up as an option during check out, it is likely your browser or that you are on a cell phone versus a desktop or laptop, please try checking out prior to a launch to avoid disappointment!

if an order must be cancelled due to a mistake, nayna will be keeping 2.9% per transaction plus 30 cents in order to pay for the shopify transaction fee.

returns on regular priced items must be received within 14 days from original date of purchase.  returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, have the original tags attached and in its original condition.  if your item is declined for return for any of the above reasons you will be contacted to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.

1. please contact info@nayna.ca to request a return form and reason for return.

2. a confirmation email will be sent to you approving the return.

3. once approved, safely package the items along with completed return form and ship to address provided.  remember, return shipping costs are not covered by nayna.

4. once your return is received, approved, and processed, please allow for 5-7 business days for receipt of emailed gift card.
